Support shaped around your organisation
You may be setting a new direction, reviewing an existing strategy or working out how to turn agreed priorities into delivery. The starting point is understanding your kaupapa, the people involved and the decisions that need to be made.
Irakaha works with businesses, trusts, iwi, Māori organisations and community enterprises. Based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, we support organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand, with remote and in-person work agreed around the engagement.
Areas of support
Strategy development and implementation
Support to develop a clear strategic direction and connect it with planning, accountabilities and practical implementation. The approach reflects your organisation’s purpose, priorities and capacity.
Strategic reviews
An external perspective on organisational direction, existing strategy and the opportunities ahead. Reviews help leaders consider what is working, what needs attention and where to focus next.
Organisational transformation
Advisory support for developing and planning organisational transformation, with implementation support shaped around the organisation and the people carrying the work forward.
Strategic communications and positioning
Support to articulate your organisation’s direction and strengthen how it is understood. Strategic communications and positioning connect the kaupapa with the people, partners and audiences who matter to it.
A few useful details
When is an external adviser useful?
When you need space to test your thinking, an independent perspective or experienced capacity to support a significant piece of work. An initial kōrero can help clarify where advisory or consulting support would add value.
Can you support implementation as well as strategy?
Yes. Support can extend from strategy development and strategic reviews through to planning and implementation. The scope is agreed around the priorities and capacity of your organisation.
